Round table on OSH

On 26th of February 2016 in Conference center "Trakia" was conducted a round table on "The profession OSH Specialist - minimum requirements, qualification and education".
Participation took representatives of national and international institutions, occupied in the field of OSH.
Some of the most significant participants were:
- Mr. Georgy Milchin - General Secretary of General Labour Inspectorate EA;
- Mr. Stoycho Simov - Chair of the Control Counsel of BICA;
- Mr. Aleksandar Zagorov - Confederate Secretary at Confederation of Labour "Podkrepa";
- Mr. Kiril Binev - Chief Expert at Confederation of Labour "Podkrepa";
- Mrs. Emiliyana Dimitrova - Chair of the Steering Committee of National Agency for Vocational Education and Training, Bulgaria.
- Mrs. Vesela Karayaneva - Chief Expert at National Agency for Vocational Education and Training, Bulgaria.
- Mr. Sokol Silyanov - Head of Department Work Accidents and Professional Diseases, National Social Security Institute;
- Mrs. Petya Gyoreva - Chair of Occupational Medical Services Association;
- Mr. Ljupcho Kochovski - Manager of FCBZR;
- Mr. Vladimir Gluhov - Chair of the Steering Committee of FCBZR;
- Mrs. Blagovesta Karova - Member of the Steering Committee of FCBZR;
- Mr. Kiril Tyulev - Construction Chamber, Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

In the round table experience shared also the foreign representatives, as follows:

- Mr. Claude Loiselle - Official representative of International Labour Organization;
- Mrs. Karen McDonnell - President of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, UK;
- Mr. Malcolm McIntyre - Chair of the New Accession Countries Working Group, IOSH, UK;
- Mrs. Gisela Derrick - Coordinator of the International Department of IOSH, UK;
- Mr. Georg Effenberger - Head of Department and Managing Director of AUVA Prevention Department;
- Mr. Theodor Haratau - Manager of Romtens Foundation, Romania;
- Mr. Miodrag Loncovic - OSH Directorate of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Serbia and a Focal point of the EU-OSHA;
- Mr. David Tomovic - SOSHA.
- Proff. Jovanka Karadzhinska Bislimovska - Representative of the Macedonian OSH Council;
- Proff. Jasmina Chaloska - Representative of the Macedonian OSH Council.

After all speeches, proposals and shared experience, there was declared and accepted with a full majority the conclusion that all of the participants should support the formation of a working group, that shall consist of representatives of the social partners and the professional non-profit organizations, for preparing proposals to the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs in Bulgaria for improving OSH in the country.
